  • STEP1

    MEETING & PLANNING

    1month〜3month

    We begin with a kickoff meeting tailored to the type of content—be it a commercial, music video, or other production. Together, we explore initial ideas for the music, cast, and storyline while defining the overall direction. This phase is the most time-intensive, as it lays the foundation for the entire project. Throughout, we stand beside you—not just as producers, but as creative partners.

  • STEP2

    SHOOTING PROCESS

    1day〜1month

    We scout locations (loc-hunting) and finalize the shoot schedule. On set, we collaborate closely with you to review footage and angles in real time. Past projects have included shoots in Okinawa and international collaborations with overseas artists. We actively work in both Japanese and English production environments.

  • STEP3

    OFF-LINE FIX

    1month〜3month

    After the shoot, we enter the editing phase, setting a clear post-production timeline. An offline screening is held for initial review, where you’re welcome to join and provide feedback. After this, we apply revisions based on your input and move toward picture lock. ※Please note that any major edits after picture lock may require additional discussion.

  • STEP4

    DELIVER

    1week〜1month

    Once picture lock is achieved, we fine-tune the final piece with color grading, audio mixing (MA), and visual effects as needed. We can also arrange a final viewing session if desired. Upon approval of the final format and estimate, we deliver the finished work digitally.
